Sun Worshiper

Sunrise over the Milwaukee Breakwater Lighthouse - October 2, 2023.

After shooting the Blue Supermoon over this same Lighthouse, I was curious to try a sunrise and WOW - I am very happy with the results!!

The Milwaukee Breakwater Lighthouse, built in 1926 and in the middle of the almost 4 mile long breakwater is a sentinel of the harbor. The building itself is made of 1/4 inch steel over a steel frame and built to withstand the worst that Lake Michigan has to offer - quite a feat! It also makes for gorgeous photos.

11x14 inch prints are printed on lightly textured, fine art paper and have a 1/2 inch white border on all 4 sides. These are shipped/delivered unmatted and signed by the artist.

11x17 inch and larger metal prints are shipped ready-to-hang on aluminum, with a 3/4 inch foam backing, giving a beautiful, vibrant presentation anywhere it's displayed.

All prints are free of watermarks, signature will be on lower right hand corner for paper prints, and on the back of metal prints.
